About our subscription....
We run on a split-year basis and our subscription, which includes hire of music and fees for occasional Saturday workshops in the run-up to concerts, is due at the start of each programme as follows:-
- Christmas programme (after the Autumn Concert to the Christmas concert) – £60
- Summer & Autumn programmes (from January through to our Autumn Concert in September) – £120
The annual cost of £180 works out at only £1.80 per hour throughout the whole year!
Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Online (Bank transfer) or by Card. Bank Transfers are preferred.
Cash or Cheques (made payable to ‘The Leconfield Singers’) should be given to Stephanie on the first evening of term.
Cards are the least preferred payment method as we have to pay commission on the transaction.
Online payments can be made to our bank account. Please include [your surname + ‘Subs’] in the reference:

As a registered charity we do reclaim Gift Aid from HMRC on part of any subscription from declared members. Take a look at our Gift Aid page for more information.
If you qualify as a UK tax payer please print and complete this Gift Aid declaration form and give it to Ruth Thompson (our Treasurer) at our next rehearsal.
